Individuals involved in single-vehicle auto accidents
often assume that they do not have grounds to file an auto accident case. Auto accidents are caused by several different factors including negligent driving, dangerous roadways, and vehicle design flaws. Car accidents occur thousands of times each year, and when the negligence of another is to blame, those individuals should be held responsible. An individual who was injured as a passenger in a single-vehicle accident may have grounds to file against the driver if the driver operated the vehicle negligently.
