Thousands of auto accidents occur every year in the United States and can include SUV rollover accidents, single-vehicle accidents, and motorcycle accidents. Individuals who sustain injuries in single-vehicle accidents often assume that they do not have grounds to file an auto accident case. An accident involving one vehicle may be caused by the negligence of the driver; however, it may also be caused by dangerous roadways, mechanical defects, or design flaws. An assumption should never be made regarding a car accident without receiving a proper investigation. Contacting an experienced Illinois car accident lawyer is important to explore your options when injured in an auto accident.
