Auto accidents that involve motorcycles have serious and deadly results. Drivers of passenger cars and truck are more likely to cause a motorcycle accident than the rider of the motorcycle. Driving a motorcycle can be dangerous due to the increase in distracted driving. Passengers in the vehicle, inattentiveness, GPS devices, and cell phones are all common distractions for drivers. Cell phones have been a wonderful technological advancement, making it easy to communicate with each other. However, they can also be dangerous when they are used at the wrong time such as while driving. If you have been injured or lost a loved one in a motorcycle accident, it is important to contact an Illinois motorcycle accident attorney.
